What should I do if I ordered the wrong item?
If you’ve accidentally ordered the incorrect item, please email us at your earliest convenience. Our team swiftly processes orders to ensure quick delivery, which means we’re unable to make changes once an order has been packed and prepared for shipping. What should I do if I placed an order with the wrong shipping address?
If you realize the shipping address provided during your order is incorrect, prompt action is necessary to ensure the safe and accurate delivery of your package. Incorrect shipping information can cause significant delays. Please take the following immediate steps to correct your shipping address:
- Contact Us Immediately: Email us at contact@nekosnest.com without delay.
- Provide Required Details: In your email, please include your order number, the full name associated with the order, and the accurate, complete shipping address.
- Wait for Confirmation: Our team will promptly update your order with the correct shipping details. You will receive a confirmation email once this update is successfully completed.
In cases where packages are returned to us because of an invalid or incomplete address, we can arrange for a reshipment. Please be aware that a new shipping fee will be applied.
Disclaimers:
- Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method, or item(s) within the order.
- Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Lost, stolen, or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
- Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned as "Delivered." If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
- Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email, which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
- Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will, however, issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.
- Our fulfilment centres: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfilment centre or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.
